This is used if your disc cannot install the game fully (not going to 100%) this will install your game digital but will take twice as long and will need the disc to play after installation.
Steps:
Grab uninstalled game of choice
Put disc in and wait for it to say update
Let the game update install the update with the game and go to manage game
Take the disc out of your Xbox One
Uninstall the game you were downloading
Wait until it appears under ready to install while still being in the manage game menu for the game you just unistalled
When it appears press install
I only recommend using this if your disc doesn’t install your game fully with the disc and if it does don’t do this b/c digital games takes longer to install than disc games due to the process of how you download it
If the following doesn’t work try this:
Do everything until is says something about an update
Press install later
Search for that same game in the store
Stop it then hit install again in the store and eject the disc
